I'm
Trish Madison, the Managing Director for C4 Australia.
We exist to serve the
business needs of Australia and New Zealand.
Along with other divisions, groups, analysts, and
associates we are part of the C4 Global family of
companies.
We service and fulfill the need of
governments, industry, corporations and those that run
them.
Our focus is the growth and expansion
of the GDP for Australia and New Zealand. We
do this by working with mandates from high net worth
individuals, governments and major corporations to
increase business via expansion, acquisition and/or
investment.
The company works with financing
resources on a global scale for projects coming into and
out of our economic area of responsibility.
Additionally,
Governments, Corporations and business consortiums in
the Middle East are looking for companies in prime
sectors that are interested in expansion into the Middle
East and participating in activities to joint venture,
license and/or franchise their company. A portion
of our business, by mandate, is to identify companies
that will add to the infrastructure and growth in the
Middle East, India and Asian countries.
The senior members of our company have spent years
living and working within the framework of a global
economy. We have the
access to government and industry as well as
corporations and those that run them. They are our
clients.

Trish is the Director and Owner of
Madison
Accounting, Ltd. an
Accountancy business specialising in supporting
businesses in their profitable growth and
development. Trish’s services also insure that
adequate procedures are in place to enable full
compliance with accounting standards and laws.
Since 2004 Trish has worked closely with both
commercial and residential property developers
and investors. Trish says, “There is an
increasing interest in commercial property
development, investing and financing in New
Zealand.”
Trish is a graduate of Massey University,
Palmerston North, in Business Studies –
Accountancy and a Massey Scholar enabling her to complete her Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting
from there as well.
When asked by C4 to briefly describe herself
Trish said, “I’m inquisitive, reliable and
honest with a strong moral and ethical base
working in the fields of Accountancy and
Commercial/Residential Real Estate.”
